Obituary for Allison Kaiser (Chapman)

Funeral services for Allison Denise Kaiser, 50, of Ridgecrest, will be Monday, November 14, 2022 at River Assembly of Vidalia, LA at 10 a.m. with Bro Shawn McMillian officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 13, 2022, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at River Assembly. Interment will follow the funeral at South Central Cemetery, Wisner, LA, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.

Allison Kaiser was born August 16, 1972 in Natchez, MS and passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022 at her residence. Allison had a love for the elderly. She loved her family deeply and looked forward to spending time with her nieces and nephews. Her excitement for her harvest from her “small bucket garden “ was as if she was feeding the 5000.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Chapman; paternal grandparents, J.C. Chapman, Jr. and Joy Chapman; and maternal grandparents, Richard Hare and Jan Hare.

Survivors include her father, Dennis Chapman and step-mother, Susan Chapman of Vidalia, LA; sisters, Tammy Chapman of Ridgecrest, LA and Jennifer and husband Joseph Thornton of Baton Rouge, LA; step-brother, Mitch Cooper and wife Jennifer of Foules, LA; two step-sisters, Daphanie Cooper of Vidalia, LA and Samantha Hixon of Sibley, MS; ten nieces, D.J. Thornton, Kristen Dunson, Katie Dunson, Emmy Prather, Elli Kate Curry, Halli Curry, Liberty Hixon, Kylie Nelson, Kynli Mason and Avery Nelson;
seven nephews, Hunter Thornton and wife, Shannon, Noah Curry, Nathan Cooper,
Jeremiah Nelson, Triton Prather, Jake Cooper, and Shane Hixon; special friends and neighbors, Roberta Murphy and Rhonda Dean. And very special fur baby, Bailey.

Those honoring Allison as pallbearers are Hunter Thornton, Jeremiah Nelson, Nathan Cooper, Noah Curry, Triton Prather, Smokey Wilson, and Rodney McGowan.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jake Cooper and Shane Hixon.
