Bobby Carpenter was born on Monday, July 22, 1946 in Chunky, MS. and passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at his home with his loved ones. He was raised in Chunky, MS and was a resident of Natchez. Bobby was a member of Parkway Baptist Church in Natchez where he was a devout christain. He loved reading his bible in the recliner or on his back porch overlooking a freshly cut back yard. After 26 years in the Air Force Bobby retired as a Master Sergeant. It was during these years that he began working for the railroads and became a railroad engineer. This became his passion, after working for multiple companies, earning the call sign "Rooster" for being the early bird, and 40 years later he was able to retire. After retirement he was able to do what he truly loved, spending time with those he loved most. Camping, fishing, traveling to the states and jeep rides around the house were just a few of the activities that he got to enjoy with those who meant the most to him. Bobby’s love will truly me missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Myrtle Carpenter, brother, Curtis Ferguson, son, Bert Tradewell, and great-granddaughter, Aila Grace Williams.
