Obituary for Channing Halford
Funeral services for Channing Delane Halford, 33, of Eugene, OR will be held at Pentecostals of the Miss Lou on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 12noon with Bishop Gary Howington and Pastor Jeremy Howington officiating. Interment will follow to Roger Cemetery, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.
Channing was born Friday, March 25, 1988 in Ferriday, LA and passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 in Eugene, OR.
He was a true workaholic who lived life to the fullest, and enjoyed going camping on his down time. Channing loved his friends and of course his family.
He is preceded in death by his uncle, Gary Halford and cousin, Christopher Halford.
Channing leaves behind his mother, Cheryl Halford Ola & her husband David of Waterproof, LA; grandparents, Clifford & Edwina Halford of Ferriday, LA; aunt, Sheila Thornhill & her husband Ricky of Ferriday, LA; and cousins, Brock Halford of Monroe, LA, Avery Halford of CO, Tristan Halford of Ferriday, LA and Hartley Halford of Monroe, LA.
Those honoring Channing as pallbearers are Brock Halford, Tristan Halford, Avery Halford, David Ola, and John Maples.
The family will receive friends at the Pentecostals of the Miss Lou on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 11AM until service time at 12noon.
