A graveside service for Charlotte Ruth Stutson Aarons of Enterprise, LA will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 1 pm at the Rosefield Cemetery. Charlotte was born December 19, 1944 and passed from this life Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at LaSalle General Hospital in Jena, LA. Charlotte was a lifelong resident of Catahoula Parish and a member of Crossway Family Worship. Charlotte worked for many years as district secretary at Catahoula Soil and Water Conservation Service in Harrisonburg, LA. She later served as a member of that governing board. Charlotte’s life was marked by service to her family, church, community, and others. Charlotte is preceded in death by her husband Joseph “Bo” Aarons, son Charles Sterling “Scooter” Aarons, parents Charles B. “Chic” and Beatrice Stutson, grandson Joseph Taylor Reeves, and niece Ginger Tiser. Those left to cherish her memories are daughters Ann Reeves with husband Gary of Hico, Texas, Rayelyn Parker with husband Stacy of New Iberia, LA, and Pamela Patten of Harrisonburg, LA and sister Dorothy S. Tiser of Sicily Island, LA. Charlotte enjoyed the precious lives of 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be John Tiser, III, Ken Blankenship, Ty Blankenship, Jake Davis, B. J. Book, and Michael Herndon. Honorary pallbearers are Jonah Parker, Gerald Tullos, Sam Mason, Ray and Pam Lea, Sheriff Toney Edwards, and Larry Crawford.
