Graveside service for Clinton Earl Gandy, 93, of Waterproof, LA will be held at Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Rayville, LA on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 2PM with Bro. Larry Walters officiating, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.

Clinton was born on Friday, January 27, 1928 in Mangham, LA and passed away Friday, April 02, 2021 at his home. He was a member of Waterproof First Baptist Church. Clinton proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II, and toured in Guam and Japan.

He is reunited with his wife, Dovie Bell Gandy; parents, Roise Lee Gandy and Vergie Richardson Gandy; son, Jeff Gandy; and brother, Robert Gandy.

Clinton leaves behind his daughter, Lula Huff & her husband Frank of Waterproof, LA; son, Mike Gandy of Waterproof, LA; daughter-in-law, Dianne Gandy of Monterey, LA; six grandchildren, Lori Mize of Waterproof, LA, Kristy Aswell of Monterey, LA, Jessica McDonald & her husband Archie of MO, Jason Gandy of Monterey, LA, Clint Gandy & his wife Taylor of St. Joseph, LA, and Britt Gandy & Hailey Matthews of Newellton, LA; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Those honoring Clinton as pallbearers are Clint Gandy, Britt Gandy, Jason Gandy, Walker Mize, Maddox Mize, Shooter Mize, Kypp Gandy, Knox Gandy, Noah McDonald, Mason Gandy, and Ty McCurley.
