Graveside services for Edith Price Keyes, 85, of Waterproof, LA will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 10AM with Bro. Emile Bordelon and Tommy Barron officiating, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.

Edith Price Keyes was born on Saturday, October 06, 1934 in Waterproof, LA and passed away Friday, August 28, 2020 in Ferriday, LA.

She is preceded in death and reunited with her husband, Glen Richard Keyes; parents, Ivy Jones Price and Helen Dabbs Price; brother, Ivy Bud Price; sister, Ruth Price Stuart.

Those left behind to cherish Edith's memories are her son, Dickie Glen Keyes, Sr. & his wife Myiea of West Monroe, LA; three daughters, Linda Keyes Counts of Waterproof, LA, Kathy Keyes Smith of Waterproof, LA, and Wanda Sylvester & her husband Steve of Washington, LA; nine grandchildren, Michael Lil' Moose Keyes, Brandy Gabel & her husband David, Beaux Keyes, Dean Coldiron & his wife Sarah, Dixie Fulford, Dusty Fulford & his wife Maddison, Chris Fulford & his wife Bethany, Allen Smith & his wife Gabrielle, and Patsy Smith; and 13 great-grandchildren. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Pallbearers are Allen Smith, Dusty Fulford, David Gabel, Christopher Fulford, Beaux Keyes, Michael Lil' Moose Keyes, and Jeff Hollis

Honorary Pallbearer will be Dean Coldiron.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Clayton Baptist Church.

I always will remember Aunt Edie and Uncle Glen drinking coffee at the table at the back of their kitchen and ALWAYS seeing them together ANYTIME 1 was out of the house, so was the other 1. Lol, They were always a beautiful example of what I believe "True Love" is supposed to look like. My memories of Aunt Edie makes my heart smile. She could fuss at me or give me great advice. It was always with Love, NEVER Judgement. Truly a Wonderful LADY of Our Father.
