Funeral services for Fannie Lee Wallace Allen, 92, of Virginia Beach,VA will be held at Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 12noon. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Natchez, MS, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.
Fannie was born on Friday, December 13, 1929 in Pineville, LA. and passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 in Chesapeake, VA.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John C. Allen; son, John Michael Allen and brother James Wallace.
Fannie leaves behind her son, Mark Allen & his wife Doris of Chesapeake, VA; two sisters, Ruby Arnott of Sioux Falls, SD and Shirley Wilkenson of Picayune, MS; daughter-in-law, Linda Allen of Mesquite, TX; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Those honoring Fannie as pallbearers are Mark Allen, II, Matthew Allen, Joe Allen, and Devin Macdonald.
The family will receive friends at Young's Funeral in Ferriday on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 11AM until service time at 12noon.
