Funeral services for Franklin "Curt" Crawford, 59, of Foules, LA will be held at Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday, LA on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at 2PM with Bro. Jon Lord officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.
Curt was born on Monday, December 23, 1963, in Natchez, MS and passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023 in Winnsboro, LA. He spent many years working as a Cross Country Truck Driver and was the Owner of Leland Store. Curt enjoyed the outdoors: hunting, fishing, and spending time at the camp.
He is reunited with his parents, Cooke Crawford and Evelyn Breland Crawford; brother, Austin Minton; and nephew, Bobby Crawford.
Curt leaves behind his fiancé, Tammy Thompson of Foules, LA; stepdaughter, Mara Duncan & her husband Joe of Granbury, TX; grandchildren. JoAnna, Tennie, and Marlee Duncan; brother, Steve Minton & his wife Cindy of Foules, LA; sisters, Sharon Sadler & her husband Greg of Bastrop, LA and Karen Crawford & James McMurry of Gilbert, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, and family.
Those honoring Curt as pallbearers are Wade Oliveaux, Mayo Craft, Blane Breland, Steve Minton, Jr., Taylor Sadler, and Joseph Waller.
Honorary pallbearers are OJ Oliveaux, Dallas Bass, Jason Lushute and Glenn Micheau
