Funeral services for Guy Richard Serio, 79 of Ferriday,LA will be held at Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 9:30 AM with Father John Pardue officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Mausoleum, Ferriday, LA, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.

Richard Serio was born on Friday, April 17, 1942 in Ferriday, LA. and passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Rapides General Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. He was a resident of Ferriday and a member of St. Patricks Catholic Church.


He was preceded in death by
Father- Guy Rosary Serio
Mother- Grace Brabham Serio
Sister- Betty Serio More

He is survived by
Sister- Grace Serio McCaskill of Monroe, LA
Sister- Joy Serio Townsend and her husband Buck of McKinney, TX

He is also survived by 5 Nieces.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Billy Rucker, Buck Townsend, Robert Serio, Billy Simmons, Richard Alwood, Mack Brabham, Greg Walsh and Bill More.

The family will receive friends at Young's Funeral Home from 9:00 AM til 9:30 AM, Saturday, April 24, 2021.
