Funeral services for Lois Irene Ables, 81 of Ridgecrest , LA will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Young's Funeral Home, Ferriday, LA at 12 noon with Bro. Melton Rushing and Bro. Buddy Cockerham officiating. The family will recieve friends from 10 AM until 12. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Natchez, MS, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.

Irene Ables was born on Monday, October 17, 1938 in Sicily Island, LA. and passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 at her home. She was a member of Clayton Apostolic Church. She loved to read and keep up with politics. She was an avid LSU football and Saints fan. Mrs. Ables was proud to have five generations. Her biggest love was spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She

She was preceded in death by husband, Charles "Tog" Ables;

Son - Talmadge Prince, and wife Tina of Vidalia, LA,,
