Obituary for Jarrell "Winston" "Mr. Whiskers" May
Jerrell Winston May, known as Mr. Whiskers, left here Wednesday evening, August 26th, 2020 for his Heavenly home. He is already wheeling & dealing; and Heaven will have the most beautiful Christmas trees this year. And just think about the crawfish, & those sweet watermelons. And what about all that beautiful statuary & garden art, & those beautiful southern rockers, Adirondack furniture & swings. We could go on & on!! He wanted to let everyone know how much he loved his business & his many valued customers & friends, and he apologizes for not letting everyone know ahead of time, but he has business to take care of in Heaven & he could not stay.
We will celebrate his life with a graveside service at Scott Cemetery in Monterey, LA., at 2 PM, Sunday, August 30, 2020, under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the cemetery for a brief visitation from 1:30 PM until service at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Natchez Adams County Humane Society, 475 Liberty Rd, Natchez, MS 39120.
