Funeral services for Lyndle Crossgrove Perritt, 74, of Saint Joseph, LA will be held at Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11AM with Brother Rickey A. Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.
Lyndle was born on Friday, February 01, 1946 in Ferriday, LA and passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Raymond, MS. She loved LSU Football, Lake Bruin, and her garden. Lyndle was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She will truly be missed.
She was preceded in death and reunited with her husband, Allen Lawrence Perritt, Sr.; parents, William Case Crossgrove, Jr. and Gladys Moore Crossgrove; and brother, Case Crossgrove.
Lyndle leaves behind her children, Ashley Dodson and her husband David, Mollie Cruse and her husband Chris, and Lawrence Perritt & his wife Heather; ten grandchildren, Allen Perritt, III, David Dodson, Jr. & his wife Aubrey, Case Dodson & his wife Blaire, Adam Perritt, Marguerite Taylor Cruse, Alex Perritt, William Case Cruse, Bevan Dupre & his wife Heather, Caroline Dupre, and Abigail Dupre; seven great-grandchildren, Layla Dodson, Keelin Dodson, Sophie Dodson, Rhett Perritt, Lincoln Dodson, Jace Perritt, and Hadley Dupre; sister, Billy Jean Ramsey & her husband David; and her niece & Godchild, Adrienne Lyndle Palermo. She is also survived by a host of nieces. nephews, family, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Mark Davidson, Daren Herrington, Davy Mize, Ricky Jones, Johnny Ashley, and Wendell Walker.
In lieu of flowers memorials donations may be made to Tensas Academy.
