Graveside services for Marcus Lynn Wiley, 68, of Larto, LA will be held at Pease Cemetery in Larto on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 2PM with Rev. Ronnie Wiley officiating.
Marcus was born on September 21, 1953 in Jonesville, LA and passed away on August 14, 2022 in Ferriday, LA. He was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Marcus loved his family and spending time with them. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Marcus will be missed by everyone who had the chance of knowing him.
He is reunited with his father, Thurman Wiley; mother, Betty Ivy Wiley Blaney; brother, LC Wiley; sister, Gloria Gayle Pecanty; and granddaughter, Brianna Wiley.
Marcus leaves behind his loving wife of 52 years, Phyllis Sanders Wiley of Larto, LA; sons, Mark Wiley & his wife Linda of Larto, LA and Steven Wiley & his wife Jennifer of Pine Bluff, AR; grandchildren, Danielle Johnson & her husband Ethan of Jena, LA, Alana Wiley of Arkansas City, AR, and Caden Wiley of Larto, LA; and great-grandchildren, Gage Johnson, Charleigh Johnson, and Jayce Curtis.
Those honoring Mr. Marcus as pallbearers are his family and friends.
