Obituary for Talesha "Tish" Hamilton
Celebration of life for Talesha "Tish" LaChae Hamilton, 43, of Jonesville, LA will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Jena, LA on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 2PM with Bro. Dennis Baker and Bro. Ricky Gresham officiating. Interment will follow at Heard Cemetery in Manifest, LA, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home - Jonesville.
Tish was born on Saturday, September 30, 1978 in Natchez, MS and passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022 in Jonesville, LA. She was beautiful with a kind soul. In high school Tish was very athletic, but competitive more so. She played baseball with the boys, and they were intimidated. Tish enjoyed the outdoors: traveling, hiking, riding horses, and just enjoying nature. More so, Tish loved spending time with her two boys, and was an amazing mother. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronnie LaDale Hamilton; maternal grandparents, Charles Ray Taylor and Leathie Nell Ogden Taylor; paternal grandparents, Joe Tooley Hamilton, Sr. and Mary Alyce Harris Hamilton; and aunt, Mona Sue McClure.
Those left to cherish the memory of Tish are her sons, Matthew Clint Nichols and Justin LaDale Nichols; the kid's father, Jeffrey Clint Nichols; mother, Sheila Taylor Hamilton Miller & her husband David; sister, Angela Ferrington & her husband Jeremy; nephew, Brendan Ferrington; niece, Tiffany Ferrington; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
The family would like to receive friends at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 5PM until 9PM.
