A memorial service for Wayne "Coon" Prince, 62, of Sicily Island, LA will be held at a later date.
Coon was born on March 27, 1959 in Mississippi and passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 in Ferriday, LA. He was a loving husband, dad, and grandfather
He was preceded in death by his parents- Wayne Howard Prince, Sr. and Mary Ann Smith Prince, and brother- Don Wallace,
Survivors include his wife of 35 years- Loretta Guidry of Sicily Island, LA, daughter- Nikita Guidry and husband Nelson Atkins of Sicily Island, LA, granddaughter- Alaysia Janea Guidry; two brothers- Arthur Ray Prince of Jena, LA and Ronnie Gene Prince of Jena, LA, sister-Linda LeeAnne Smith and husband Tony of Dunbarton. He is also survived by his special family and friends, the Oser's, Wayne Parker, Justin Breland, Heather, Shannon, and Marie Ourso, and Bobby Franklin. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
